削除する UrlMapping オブジェクトのコレクション インデックス。

解説

RemoveAt メソッドは、現在の階層レベルの urlMappings セクションから add 要素を削除し、remove 要素を挿入します。remove 要素は、その階層の上位レベルの親構成ファイルで定義されている add 要素へのすべての参照を事実上削除しますが、要素自体は削除しません。
