SNAP25(Synaptosomal-associated protein, 25kDa)は、ヒトではSNAP25遺伝子にコードされるt-SNAREタンパク質である[5]。SNAP25はトランスSNARE複合体の構成要素であり、シナプス小胞細胞膜との膜融合の特異性を担うとともに、緊密な複合体を形成することで両者の融合を実行する[6]
