脳磁図 (MEG)(のうじず、英: Magnetoencephalography)は、脳の電気的な活動によって生じる磁場を超伝導量子干渉計 (SQUIDs) と呼ばれる非常に感度の高いデバイスを用いて計測するイメージング技術である。この計測法は研究面、医療面の両方に利用される。例えば、脳外科手術の際に病変の位置を決定したり、脳科学研究の際に脳や神経フィードバックや他の様々な部分の機能を決定するのに用いられる。
