このメソッドを使用する前に、適切な名前と型を使用して HttpHandlerAction オブジェクトを作成および初期化する必要があります。その後で、作成したオブジェクトをコレクションに追加できます。

ASP.NET はハンドラのアセンブリ DLL を検索するために、最初に、アプリケーションのプライベート Bin ディレクトリを探し、次にシステムのアセンブリ キャッシュを探します。

コレクションに同じVerb プロパティと Path プロパティを持つ HttpHandlerAction オブジェクトが複数存在することはできません。
