2010年のドイツツーリングカー選手権は、2000年に再開したドイツツーリングカー選手権の11回目のシーズンである。4月25日のホッケンハイムリンクで開幕し、11月28日の上海での最終戦で閉幕した。タイトルは全11戦で争われ、ポール・ディ・レスタがシリーズチャンピオンを獲得した。

2009年12月18日に9戦の開催が発表された^[13]。これは後に10戦に拡大され、上海での市街地レースの開催が2010年1月28日に発表された。これはシーズン終幕戦として11月28日に開催された^[14]。2010年7月15日には10月31日にアドリアでもレースが開催されることが発表された^[15]。
