2010年のドイツツーリングカー選手権は、2000年に再開したドイツツーリングカー選手権の11回目のシーズンである。4月25日のホッケンハイムリンクで開幕し、11月28日の上海での最終戦で閉幕した。タイトルは全11戦で争われ、ポール・ディ・レスタがシリーズチャンピオンを獲得した。
