2016年のドイツツーリングカー選手権は、2000年に再開したドイツツーリングカー選手権の17回目のシーズンである。5月7日のホッケンハイムリンクで開幕し、10月16日の同地での最終戦まで全9ラウンドでタイトルが争われた。マルコ・ヴィットマンが第9ラウンドで自身2度目のDTMタイトルを獲得した[1]。
