サラ・ジョセファ・ヘイル(英: Sarah Josepha Hale、1788年10月24日 - 1879年4月30日)は、アメリカ合衆国ニューハンプシャー州生まれの詩人、小説家、編集者である。童謡『メリーさんのひつじ』の作詞者として知られている。感謝祭をアメリカ合衆国の祝日とする運動を行ったこと、バンカーヒル記念塔の完成に向けた運動を行ったことでも有名である。
