アネキシンV

アネキシンVまたはアネキシンA5（英: annexin V, annexin A5）は、アネキシングループのタンパク質である。アネキシンVはフローサイトメトリーでアポトーシス細胞を検出するために広く利用されている。アネキシンVはホスファチジルセリン結合能を持つため、アポトーシスのマーカーである細胞膜外側に存在するホスファチジルセリンの検出に利用される。このタンパク質の機能は未知であるが、アネキシンVはプロトロンビンのホスファチジルセリン結合部位と競合することで血液凝固を阻害する役割や、ホスホリパーゼA1活性を阻害する役割が提唱されている。こうした性質はin vitroでの実験で発見されたものである。
