解説解説

StringCollection は、null 参照 (Visual Basic では Nothing) を有効な値として受け取り要素重複許可します

Count容量より小さ場合、このメソッドは O(1) 操作なります新し要素格納するために容量増やす必要がある場合、このメソッドは O(n) 操作なります。ここで、nCount です。
