「ホビイストたちへの公開状」（ホビイストへたちのこうかいじょう、英語: An Open Letter to Hobbyists）は、マイクロソフト共同設立者のビル・ゲイツが1976年に初期のパーソナルコンピュータのホビイストたちに向けて書いた公開状である。
