四金化シラン（しきんかシラン、英語: Silane tetraauride、英語: Aurosilane）または四金化ケイ素（英語: Silicon tetraauride）は、化学式SiAu₄で表される無機化合物である。化合物中では、金原子は酸化数 -1 の電子受容体として働く。四金化シランは金シランの一種として単離される^[1]。格子定数はa = 5.658, c = 5.605 Aである^[2]。SiAu₄のLUMOおよび4つのSi-Au結合軌道は、SiH₄のものに類似している^[3]。

Si₃Au₃など、ケイ素は他にも金と様々な化合物を形成する^[4]。
