NFAT5(nuclear factor of activated T-cells 5)またはTonEBP(tonicity-responsive enhancer binding protein)は、浸透圧ストレスに関与する遺伝子の発現を調節する転写因子であり、ヒトではNFAT5遺伝子にコードされる[5]。
