南部ナイジェリア保護領（なんぶナイジェリアほごりょう、英語: Southern Nigeria Protectorate）は、現在のナイジェリアの沿岸部に存在したイギリスの保護領である。

1900年にニジェール海岸保護領と、ニジェール川沿いのロコジャにある王立ニジェール会社によって認可された領土が統合して形成された。1906年には、ラゴス植民地が加わり、名称を南部ナイジェリア植民地および保護領（Colony and Protectorate of Southern Nigeria）に変更した。1914年に北部ナイジェリア保護領と統合し、一つの植民地となった。
