円錐角膜（えんすいかくまく、英keratoconus）は、眼球の角膜におこる非炎症性変性疾患である。角膜が薄くなり中心部が突出するため、角膜の曲率が正常範囲を超えて小さくなる。欧名keratoconusはギリシャ語のkerato-（角、ホーン、角膜）及びラテン語のconus（円錐）に因む。
