プラスミノーゲンアクチベーターインヒビター1またはプラスミノーゲン活性化抑制因子1(英: plasminogen activator inhibitor 1、略称: PAI-1)は、ヒトではSERPINE1遺伝子にコードされるタンパク質である。PAI-1の血中濃度の上昇は、血栓症やアテローム性動脈硬化のリスク因子となる[5]。
