コマンチ郡（英: Comanche County）は、アメリカ合衆国オクラホマ州の郡である。人口は12万1125人（2020年）[1]。郡庁所在地はロートンであり[2]、同郡で人口最大の都市である。コマンチ郡は、南に隣接するコットン郡と共にロートン都市圏を構成している。
