デルタコ(西: Del Taco)は、アメリカ合衆国のファストフードチェーン。アメリカ風の味付けに調整したメキシコ料理を主体に、ハンバーガー、フライ、シェイクといったアメリカで一般的なファーストフードも扱う。カリフォルニア州レイクフォレストに本社を置き、南西部太平洋岸を中心に580店舗(2019年1月1日現在)を展開する。

- ^ ベーカーの関与について「ハックバースはベーカーがリアルトに2号店を出店した際に出した求人広告に応募してきたが、その時点で既に採用者が決まっていたため、ベーカーが友人のベルにハックバースを紹介した」[6]、つまり、ハックバースはベーカーのところでは働いていないとする文献もある。
- ^ ベルがハックバースを雇ったのは、ベルがサンバーナーディーノで店を持っていた当時のことであるとする文献もある。ベルが離婚し、妻にサンバーナーディーノの店の権利を奪われた後、バーストーに新たな店を開店し、ハックバースを雇い直したのだという[8]。
- ^ ハックバースがヤーモで最初の店を開店したのは1964年とする文献もあり、デルタコ自身のプレスリリースでも1961年とするものと[9]1964年とするものが[10]混在している。デイヴィッド・ジェイムソンや弟のトニー・ハックバースが一号店開店時から店の運営に加わっていたのか、後から加わったのかについてもばらつきがある。なお、ジェイムソンはコロナの出身である。
