1946年のマニラ条約（1946ねんのマニラじょうやく、Treaty of Manila of 1946）（正式には一般関係の条約及び条約議定書（Treaty of General Relations and Protocol））は^[1]、フィリピンの首都マニラで1946年7月4日に調印された一般関係の条約である。フィリピンに対するアメリカ合衆国の主権を放棄し、フィリピンの独立を承認した。条約はアメリカ合衆国の代表としてポール・V・マクナット（英語版）高等弁務官が、フィリピンの代表としてマニュエル・ロハス大統領が署名した。
