カース・マルツゥ

カース・マルツゥ（casu marzu）[注釈 1]は、イタリア・サルデーニャ地方で生産されるチーズの一種。別名カース・モッデ（casu modde）、カース・クンディードゥ（casu cundídu）、もしくはイタリア語でフォルマッジョ・マルチョ (formaggio marcio) とも呼ばれる。
