アンソニー・ジェームズ・デスクラファニー（Anthony James DeSclafani,[注釈 1] 1990年4月18日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国ニュージャージー州モンマス郡フリーホールド出身のプロ野球選手（投手）。右投右打。MLBのミネソタ・ツインズ所属。愛称はディスコ[1]。
