サルポグレラート（Sarpogrelate）はセロトニン受容体（5HT2A[1][2]および5-HT2B[3]）阻害薬である。開発コードはMCI-9042, LS-187,118。
セロトニンによる血小板凝集を阻害し、また血管拡張作用を有するので、糖尿病[4][5]、バージャー病[6]、レイノー病[7]、冠動脈疾患[8]、狭心症[9]、動脈硬化症[10]など多くの疾患の治療に応用されている。
効能・効果
日本で承認された効能・効果は、下記の2つである[11]。
- 慢性動脈閉塞症に伴う潰瘍
- 疼痛および冷感等の虚血性諸症状の改善
副作用
再審査時の副作用発現率は2.23％であった[11]。
重大な副作用として、脳出血，消化管出血、血小板減少、肝機能障害、黄疸、無顆粒球症が挙げられている。
なお、出血している患者への使用は禁忌である。
