パレイドリア（英: Pareidolia）とは、心理現象の一種。視覚刺激や聴覚刺激を受けとり、普段からよく知ったパターンを本来そこに存在しないにもかかわらず心に思い浮かべる現象を指す。パレイドリア現象、パレイドリア効果ともいう。
