法廷侮辱（ほうていぶじょく）または裁判所侮辱（さいばんしょぶじょく、英: contempt of courtまたは単にcontempt）とは、裁判所またはその職員に対する、反抗的な、または敬意を欠く非違行為であって、裁判所の権能、正義および権威に反抗しまたはこれを毀損する態様で行われるものをいう[1][2]。
