ジョン・コンデュイット（英語: John Conduitt FRS [ˈkɒnd(j)uɪt][注釈 1]、1688年3月8日洗礼 – 1737年5月23日）は、グレートブリテン王国の政治家。1721年から1737年まで庶民院議員を務めた[2]。

ジョン・コンデュイットは、ニュートンの姪であるキャサリン・バートンの夫であり、夫妻はニュートンが亡くなるまで、ロンドンのニュートン宅で一緒に住んでいた。1727年か1728年に、「Memoir of Newton」の中で「1665年という年、彼は・・・初めて重力の体系のことを考えたが、それに行き当たったのは、一本の木から一個のりんごが落ちるのは見たことによる」と書いている。 「 About this time he began to have the first hint of his method of fluxions & in the year 1665 when he retired to his own estate on account of the Plague he first thought of his system of gravity which he hit upon by observing an apple fall from a tree — 」
