シェール・モハンマド・アッバス・スタネクザイ (パシュトー語: شیر محمد عباس ستانکزئی [ʃɪr mʊˈhamad aˈbɑs stɑnɪkˈzai]; 1963年 - ) は、アフガニスタンのターリバーンの幹部の一人であり、2021年9月7日から外務副代表を務めている。
