アミール・ハーン・ムッタキー (パシュトー語: امیر خان متقی [ˈamɪr xɑn mʊtaˈqi]、1971年2月26日 - )は、ターリバーン統治下のアフガニスタン・イスラム首長国の政治家で、2021年9月7日から外務大臣代行を務めている[1]。彼はまたカタール事務所の交渉チームのメンバーでもあった[2]。
