MLH1(MutL homolog 1)は、ヒトでは3番染色体に位置するMLH1遺伝子によってコードされるタンパク質である。一般的に、遺伝性非ポリポーシス大腸がんと関係している。MLH1はマウスや出芽酵母Saccharomyces cerevisiaeなど、他の生物でも研究が行われている。
