JScript では、イベントは使用できますが、新規に宣言することはできません。

解説

ChangeUICues イベントのハンドラを追加または削除しようとすると、NotSupportedException がスローされます。Control クラスから派生したイベントは、AxHost クラスではサポートされません。AxHost ラッパーを作成しときに ActiveX コントロールによって公開されるイベントは、使用する必要のあるイベントです。
