感動の映画ベスト100（100 Years…100 Cheers: America's Most Inspiring Movies）は、AFIが「AFIアメリカ映画100年シリーズ」の一環として2006年に選出したアメリカ映画のリストである。

同リストを紹介した番組が、2006年6月14日に、CBSテレビで3時間にわたりプライムタイムに全米放映された。日本においては2009年にNHK衛星第2テレビジョンで同番組が放映された。
