ラ・マシア・デ・カン・プラネス(La Masia de Can Planes カタルーニャ語発音：ラ・マジーア・ダ・カン・プラーナス)またはラ・マシア(La Masia、カタルーニャ語発音: [ɫə məˈziə] ラ・マジーア[1])は、FCバルセロナの育成組織（カンテラ）の総称で[2]、もともとはバルセロナ育成組織の選手寮のことであった。この項では選手寮としてのラ・マシアをラ・マシア寮、育成組織としては単にラ・マシアと呼んで区別する。
