デンマーク東インド会社^[1] （デンマーク語: Ostindisk Kompagni^[2]）は、デンマーク＝ノルウェーの2つの勅許会社を指す。第1の会社は1616年から1650年まで運営された。第2の会社は1670年から1729年まで存在したが、1730年にアジア会社（デンマーク語: Asiatisk Kompagni）として再設立された。

^ 1643年から1645年にかけて行われたトルステンソン戦争でデンマーク＝ノルウェーはスウェーデンおよびオランダと戦い、1644年のフェーマルン海戦（英語版）で大敗して制海権を喪失した。また1657年から1660年に行われたカール・グスタフ戦争ではスウェーデン陸軍にシェラン島に侵攻され、首都コペンハーゲンを脅かされるなど危機的状況にあった。
