医療保険制度改革 (アメリカ)

ペイシェントプロテクション・アンド・アフォーダブルケア法（ペイシェントプロテクション・アンド・アフォーダブルケアほう、Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act、通称アフォーダブルケア法（ACA）またはオバマケア）は、アメリカ合衆国第111議会で制定され、2010年3月23日にバラク・オバマ大統領によって署名された米国の連邦法である。2010年修正の医療・教育改革法（Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010）と合わせて、1965年にメディケアとメディケイドが可決されて以来、米国の医療制度において最も重要な規制の見直しと適用範囲の拡大を意味している[1] [2] [3] [4]。
