カール・ジェラッシ(Carl Djerassi、1923年10月29日 - 2015年1月30日[1])は、オーストリア・ウィーン出身のオーストリア系アメリカ人、ブルガリア人の化学者、小説家、劇作家である。元スタンフォード大学名誉教授。
