マクマーティン保育園裁判（マクマーティンほいくえんさいばん、The McMartin Preschool Trial）、通称マクマーティン事件（McMartin case）は、1984年から1990年まで行われたアメリカ合衆国における子供の性的虐待事件に関する刑事裁判。マクマーティンは、本件で起訴された保育園の園長の姓に因む。
