バーレン郡（英: Barren County）は、アメリカ合衆国ケンタッキー州の南部に位置する郡である。2010年国勢調査での人口は42,173人であり、2000年の38,033人から10.9%増加した[1]。郡庁所在地はグラスゴー市（人口14,028人[2]）であり、同郡で人口最大の都市でもある。バーレン郡は1798年12月20日に、ウォーレン郡とグリーン郡の一部を合わせて設立された。郡名は、郡の北部3分の1を覆う草原、バーレンから採られた[3]。
