カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン

カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン（仏：Cabernet Sauvignon）は、赤ワイン用のブドウ品種であり、世界で最も広く栽培されている品種のひとつである。ほぼ全ての主要なワイン産出国で生産されており、カナダのオカナガン・ヴァレーのような冷涼地からレバノンのベッカー高原のような温暖な土地に至るまで広く栽培されている。
