コレクションから削除する ProfileGroupSettings オブジェクトのインデックス。

例外

例外の種類	条件
IndexOutOfRangeException	指定されたインデックスを持つ ProfileGroupSettings オブジェクトがコレクションに存在しません。要素が既に削除されているか、またはコレクションが読み取り専用です。

解説

このメソッドは、上位の構成ファイルで定義されたすべての要素について、構成ファイルの適切なセクションに remove 要素を挿入します。現在の構成ファイルの該当セクションに要素が定義されている場合、そのエントリは構成ファイルから削除されます。削除するオブジェクトがコレクションに存在している必要があります。
