ロード・ライアン・キング・オブ・アームズ（Lord Lyon King of Arms）は、コート・オブ・ザ・ロード・ライアン（ライアン裁判所）の長であり、スコットランドにおける紋章の記録や新たな紋章の認可を管轄する。スコットランドの国務大官の中では最下位に位置し、敬称は「閣下」。なお、ライアン裁判所は現存する紋章を管轄する裁判所として、世界最古のものである。
