ロイ・クラクストン・エイカフ (Roy Claxton Acuff, 1903年9月15日[2] - 1992年11月23日) は、アメリカ合衆国のカントリー・ミュージック歌手、フィドル奏者、プロモーター。「キング・オブ・カントリー・ミュージック」(カントリー界の王)として知られ、弦楽器を主体としたストリング・バンドや、フォークダンスやスクウェアダンスの伴奏となるホーダウンの様式から、スター歌手を主体とする様式への変遷に尽力し、世界的な成功に導いた。
