テッラバクテリア

テッラバクテリア（Terrabacteria）とは、真正細菌の系統についての仮説である。グラム陽性菌や光合成細菌を中心とした系統であり、上門相当とされることがある[1]。2004年に藍色細菌門、デイノコックス・テルムス門、放線菌門を含む系統として提唱され[2]、後にクロロフレクサス門やフィルミクテス門、そのほかの近縁系統が追加された[3]。実在するとすれば6000以上の種を含む[3]。これは記載されている真正細菌の2/3を超える。いくつかの分子系統解析がこの系統の実在を支持している[1][4]が、定説ではない。
