チーズステーキ (cheesesteak)、フィラデルフィアチーズステーキ (Philadelphia cheesesteak)、フィリーチーズステーキ (Philly cheesesteak) は、炒めた薄切り肉と溶けたチーズを長いロールパンに詰めたサンドイッチ。人気のある地方的なファストフードのひとつであり、アメリカ合衆国ペンシルベニア州フィラデルフィアが発祥の地である[1]。
