アレキサンダー・ジョージ（英語: Alexander L. George, 1920年5月31日 - 2006年8月16日）は、アメリカ合衆国の国際政治学者。スタンフォード大学名誉教授。専門は、政治心理学、外交政策論、危機管理論。

経歴

イリノイ州・シカゴ生まれ。シカゴ大学卒業、同大学院を修了。1942年から1944年まで連邦通信委員会に分析官として勤務。1945年から1945年まで民生担当将校としてドイツに駐留した。

1948年以後はランド研究所に勤務。1958年にシカゴ大学からPh.D.（政治学）の学位を取得し、1968年から1990年までスタンフォード大学で教鞭をとった。以後は死去まで政策シンクタンク平和研究所研究員を務めた。

1975年にDeterrence in American Foreign Policy: Theory and Practiceでバンクロフト賞（コロンビア大学）、1998年にヨハン・スクデ政治学賞を受賞。
