トランス型不飽和脂肪酸（トランスがたふほうわしぼうさん、英: trans unsaturated fatty acids）、トランス脂肪酸は、構造中にトランス型の二重結合を持つ不飽和脂肪酸。 トランス脂肪酸は天然の動植物の脂肪中に少し存在する。水素を付加して硬化した部分硬化油を製造する過程で多く生成される。マーガリン、ファットスプレッド、ショートニングはそうして製造された硬化油である。他にも特定の油の高温調理やマイクロ波加熱（電子レンジ）によっても多く発生することがある。また天然にはウシ、ヒツジなど反芻動物の肉や乳製品の脂肪に含まれる。
