ガートルード・スタイン(英: Gertrude Stein、1874年2月3日 - 1946年7月27日)は、アメリカ合衆国の著作家、詩人、美術収集家。美術収集家として知られるスタイン兄妹の一人で、パリに画家や詩人たちが集うサロンを開いていたことでも知られる。そこに集まる芸術家たちと交流する中で、現代芸術と現代文学の発展のきっかけを作ったともいわれている。
