ジャクソン郡（英: Jackson County）は、アメリカ合衆国ミズーリ州の西部、ミズーリ川の南岸に位置する郡である。人口は71万7204人（2020年）[1]で、州内で2番目に人口の多い郡である。初めからの郡庁所在地はインディペンデンスであるが、カンザスシティが2番目の郡庁所在地となり、郡政府の中心になっている。ジャクソン郡は1826年12月15日に組織化され、郡名は第7代アメリカ合衆国大統領アンドリュー・ジャクソンに因んで名付けられた。
