抗不安薬

抗不安薬（こうふあんやく、Anxiolytic）とは、不安およびそれに関連する心理的・身体的症状の治療に用いられる薬剤である。主に不安障害の治療に用いられる。ベンゾジアゼピン系の抗不安薬は、トランキライザー（精神安定剤）とも呼ばれるが、依存性の問題が持ち上がった時に、抗うつ薬が売り出され抗不安薬という用語が用いられるようになった[1]。
