ミジカオヘビ科（Uropeltidae[3]）はヘビの科。原始的な地中性のヘビである。インド半島とスリランカに生息。尾の先端に大きなケラチン質の盾状構造をもつ。７または８の属が知られ[3][4]、50種以上から成る[3]。多様性、生物学、自然史の点で、あまりよく知られていない分類群である。
