「シビル・ウォーII」（"Civil War II"）は、マーベル・コミックより出版された2016年のコミック・ブックのクロスオーバー・ストーリーラインである。2016年6月に始まったこのストーリーラインは2006年の「シビル・ウォー」の続編であり、ライターのブライアン・マイケル・ベンディスとアーティストのデヴィッド・マルケスとジャスティン・ポンソルによる全9号の同名の本編リミテッドシリーズと多数のタイイン誌で構成されている。決定論対自由意志の性質についての寓話として機能する[1][2]この物語は未来を予知する能力を備えた新たなインヒューマンのユリシーズを巡って争うキャプテン・マーベルとアイアンマンが率いるスーパーヒーローたちの対立が描かれている。シリーズは2016年のマーベル・スタジオの映画『シビル・ウォー/キャプテン・アメリカ』の公開に併せて刊行された。
