サン・ド・ブフ釉薬、またはサン・ド・ブフは、18世紀初頭から中国の磁器に用いられ始めた、深紅の釉薬。名前はフランス語で「牛の血」の意であり、英語では「オックスブラッド(oxblood)」とも呼ばれる。
