クンドゥーズ病院爆撃事件（クンドゥーズびょういんばくげきじけん）とは、アフガニスタンで起きたクンドゥーズの戦い_(2015年)のさなか、2015年10月3日にアメリカ空軍のAC-130ガンシップがクンドゥーズ市内の国境なき医師団の病院を攻撃した事件である[2]。この直後、22名が死亡し、30名以上が負傷、33名が行方不明のままになっている[3][4][5][6]。
